Air Induction units are one of the most common perimeter HVAC components in commercial office towers.These units not only heat and cool the air but, also filter dust and microbiological-contaminants such as allergens, bacteria and fungi out from the living space air. The contaminants are found in dirt buildup which are deposited on the screens and within the coils. Poor maintenance of these units will lead to health risks and reduced performance as it restricts air flow which can greatly reduce the units heat transfer and can lead to increased heating and cooling costs. We will carefully remove and clean the air intake panels, the screens. We will then clean the drip trays using our powerful HEPA vacuum as well on the coils themselves.
